CompareYourGPU has no user accounts, no login, no newsletter sign-up and no contact form. We do not ask you for your name, email address or any other personal detail in order to use the site.

The Find My GPU questionnaire runs entirely in your browser and on our server at request time. Your answers are carried in the page URL so that a result can be shared or bookmarked. They are not written to a database, not associated with you, and not retained after the request completes.

Like any website, this site is served by a hosting provider that processes technical request information in order to deliver pages and to protect against abuse. That typically includes your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser's user agent string.

Our hosting provider is Vercel. Their processing of this data is governed by their own privacy terms, and it is carried out on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

No analytics provider is running on CompareYourGPU at the time of writing. No analytics cookies are set, and nothing about your visit is measured beyond the technical request information described in the section above.

Google Analytics is the provider intended for this site, but it has not been installed. When it is, it will load only after consent has been given wherever consent is legally required, and this section will be updated first to name the data it collects, the cookies it sets, their lifetimes and the legal basis relied on. Until then this section describes the site as it actually is: no analytics, and nothing to consent to.

CompareYourGPU is built to carry advertising, but no advertising network is connected at the time of writing. Advertising slots on the site currently render as empty reserved space and serve nothing.

When advertising is enabled, this section will be updated to name the network, describe the data it processes, and explain how consent is obtained. Advertising will not be enabled in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland until a Google-certified consent management platform is in place.

CompareYourGPU is built to carry affiliate links to retailers. No affiliate URLs are configured at the time of writing, so no such links currently appear on the site.

When they do, following one takes you to the retailer's own website, at which point that retailer's privacy policy applies. Retailers typically record that the visit came from CompareYourGPU in order to attribute a commission. CompareYourGPU does not receive personal information about your purchase, only aggregate commission reporting.

CompareYourGPU sets no cookies of its own. Filter selections in the graphics card directory are held in memory for the duration of your visit and are lost when you close the tab.

Third-party services introduced later, in particular advertising, may set cookies. The cookie policy describes the current position and will be updated alongside this document.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, data protection law gives you rights over personal data relating to you, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
